Meet Oliver

Within the last 7 years, Oliver has developed a strong presence in the Hollywood Hills and Valley areas where he has sold over 30 properties totaling over $75M in sales volume and has been responsible for handling real estate syndications for Thornton Developments. As of recently, Oliver sold Thornton Developments' latest project at 7123 Macapa Drive for $7.25M, which was the most expensive home sale in all of Outpost Estates in 2020. Additionally, Oliver has been an integral part of securing investment capital and formulating joint venture partnerships for Thornton Developments and is also responsible for all of the digital marketing for the Thornton Developments brand.

 

At the helm of his new brokerage Hollywood Estates, Oliver envisions himself being one of the market leaders for Hollywood real estate and beyond. By building and representing Hollywood's most prestigious estates, all while creating lucrative investment opportunities for investors, Oliver is well on track to accomplishing this personal endeavor.
