RC has a masterful resume in residential real estate development where he has built and sold over 25 homes in Los Angeles over the last 10 years. Within the last several years, RC has sold over $15M in properties that he has either build from the ground up or renovated. RC's experience in design. construction, sales, and development have allowed him to thrive and generate substantial returns for both his investors as well as projects that he has invested his personal capital in.
 
Currently, RC is in Plan check and in the process of developing over S50M in properties all throughout Los Angeles.
 
Prior to getting involved with real estate development. RC was one of the top-producing real estate agents in annual sales volume for Sunset Strip and Mount Olympus in the Hollywood Hills and was a leading agent at Banker Sunset Strip. RC has been selling homes for over 25 years and has several hundred million dollars of sales volume on his belt.
