“The Pyramid MCM”
7305 Pyramid Place · Hollywood Hills
The Project
A sculptural sanctuary on a privatized promontory.
A midcentury-modern-inspired compound of roughly 9,200 square feet, under construction on just over three-quarters of an acre in the Hollywood Hills — with unobstructed views from downtown Los Angeles across the Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory, Runyon Canyon, and Universal Studios to the length of the San Fernando Valley.
TDG began the project in 2020 with architects David A. Lopez and Craig J. Lopez of Lopez Architects, working toward seamless flow and clean lines throughout. Multiple design professionals had attempted approvals on the site before; clearing one of the region’s most stringent design review boards took as much understanding of the planning process as it did design vision.
Because the home is still in construction, a buyer can still put their stamp on the finishes.
