As of now, TDG exclusively builds in Los Angeles as well as select LA adjacent neighborhoods on a select basis such as Malibu, Pasadena, Orange County, and South Bay. We focus on these areas because we understand the nuanced restrictions, codes and ordinances within these jurisdictions, all while having control on our development and logistical processes. 

On the development of projects that already have ready to issue plans, our contract price includes construction management, interior design, landscape architecture and installation, and closing services for the home. It also covers all demo, permit fees, new utilities fees, and any additional city-related costs. In projects that are in the preliminary non RTI stages, there will be additional costs added for architecture, permitting, and preliminary planning.

Yes, we offer construction warranties through California Code SB-800. 

TDG's preferred lenders offer various construction financing models to assist our customers to develop their homes. Depending on the customers financial criteria (W2 vs 1099 vs bank statement etc), various construction loan options will be accessible.
