4- to 10-year warranty against Structural Defects or Soils Related Issues
4- to 10-year warranty against damage caused by Unintended Water
2- to 4-year warranty against Failures in the covered Systems
1-year warranty against deficiencies in the Fit and Finish Components

The Warrantor’s total aggregate liability of this Limited Warranty is limited to the Final Sales Price listed on the form used to procure the Limited Warranty. Thornton Development Group makes no other implied warranty or any other warranties, express or implied, in connection with the sale of the home and all such warranties are excluded, except as expressly provided in the Limited Warranty.}
