On the development of projects that already have ready to issue plans, our contract price includes construction management, interior design, landscape architecture and installation, and closing services for the home. It also covers all demo, permit fees, new utilities fees, and any additional city-related costs. In projects that are in the preliminary non RTI stages, there will be additional costs added for architecture, permitting, and preliminary planning. 

The timeline for rebuilding a home depends on several factors, including the complexity of the design and the nature of the site. Once plans are ready to issue (RTI), we can typically complete homes on flat lots with minimal to no caisson requirements within 8-12 months. For hillside properties that require moderate to major caisson and retaining wall work, the process may take 12-24 months. If you do not yet have RTI plans in place, we can recommend excellent architects to facilitate the planning phase and help you secure the necessary approvals for your project. Our team is committed to delivering your home as efficiently as possible, without compromising on quality.
The contract price for a TDG home plan includes all aspects of the construction process, from start to finish. This covers the full construction cost, construction management, interior design, and landscape architecture. Essentially, everything needed to complete your home to the highest standards is included in our bid, ensuring that there are no hidden costs or surprises along the way. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive, transparent pricing structure that reflects the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of every TDG project.
 

Yes, we offer construction warranties through California Code SB-800 for new construction homes exclusively.

If a home is considered a remodel by code, we will honor a 1 year fit and finish warranty but not a SB-800 warranty that would be offered for new construction homes developed by TDG.

These lenders can offer a variety of financing options tailored to your specific needs, whether you're looking to finance a full redevelopment or a new build.
