When TDG has committed to a purchase, we have closed on 100% of those purchases. This provides confidence to our agent affiliate partners that they always have a buyer in their corner who will close on the purchases that they commit to.
Through the TDG Homeowner Advantage, homeowners can sell their development opportunities directly to TDG and avoid paying real estate commissions and closing costs.
On select projects and opportunities, homeowners can JV with TDG to develop their property at TDG's discretion with the intent of selling the property for a larger profit than selling upfront.
TDG can structure creative closing terms that align with a homeowners unique situation such as reasonable leaseback timelines, covering relocation costs, and longer or shorter escrow timelines.
